The Vitamin B complex is one of the most important of the vitamins that  influence the health and performance of the nervous system, as it is members of  this powerful group that are responsible for the creation of some of the most  basic structures within the tense system. Along with Vitamin A and Vitamin E,  Zinc is a mineral that helps people in regulating their thyroid hormones.
To resume and conclude, you need to keep in mind that intake of proper amount of  vitamins and minerals is very essential. There are many minerals and vitamins  that your body requires every day in order to function at peak efficiency.
